If you have a hectic lifestyle and do not want the maintenance hassles of a yard you might want to consider a Condo. New properties give you the option of choosing what options you want and give you a new home warranty. You usually have to look after landscaping, fence building and finishing the basement.
Resale properties on the other hand offer you an established neighbourhood as well as other amenities. The age of a house can also mean that you have some items that might need to be upgraded or replaced.
