As a guest member you have the option of setting up saved searches, accessing how long a property has been on the market and a few other perks that are not provided to the general public. You also have the option of having us help you with your search and sending properties to you that match the criteria you require.
As your representative we take care of all the details such as contacting the listing REALTOR® and setting up appointments to view a number of properties at a time, offering advice, suggestions and providing our experience and insight to help you with the buying decision. Negotiating is done on your behalf and by making sure that the closing process goes as smoothly as possible we try to eliminate the stresses involved in the process.
